Shipping Policy
Free Shipping/Handling is available with purchases of 2 or more PoundPuncher Bracelets to destinations within the United States. International orders are subject to shipping and handling fees.
Most orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days.
Large Quantity Orders of the PoundPuncher Bracelets are shipped out within 2-3 business days depending on availability. If the item is sold out, we will notify you in the event of any delay.
Custom Designed Bracelets are generally delivered to you in 4 to 6 weeks.
All orders will be ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders shipped by USPS, including Free Shipping Method, Priority Mail, First Class Mail, are not insured and we cannot gaurantee delivery dates. We can upon request provide the postage information, such as the ship-out date and proof that the postage was paid for. Currently the USPS provides limited order tracking information. If an order does not arrive, after it was sent via USPS, claims will need to be made to the United States Postal Service. We will review all orders on an individual basis, however, PoundPuncher, will not be responsible for any orders that do not arrive or are "lost in the mail". If you need guaranteed delivery or you would like to have tracking for your order, we can offer free of charge for orders of 3,000 or more.
Pound Puncher, LLC cannot be held liable for unforeseen and unpredictable circumstances, such as acts of nature, carrier issues, etc. Pound Puncher, LLC makes every effort to provide a quality product, quick turn-around with a prompt delivery.

Exchanges....Wrong Size or Color
If you ordered the wrong size or color and wish to exchange it please return the merchandise via First Class or Priority USPS. We'll be happy to send your exchange back with no additional shipping and handling fees. The bracelet returned must be in resale condition.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. In addition to credit cards we accept PayPal. Company, money orders, and personal checks are also accepted. We are not responsible for delays due to declined credit cards or waiting for checks or money orders to clear. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The colors may vary. Billing address MUST match the credit card statement address for ALL credit card orders. We also reserve the right to verify orders before production in an effort to reduce fraud.

We will not produce wristbands with phrases that contain words, or any other items that are trademarked, copyrighted, or patent protected by groups, organizations or individuals. A customer must provide written permission from the trademark, copyright or patent holder. Pound Puncher, LLC will not be held liable for any copyright infringement or similar violations of protected works if a customer orders a bracelet(s) with protected works without proper notification and documentation. The purchasing customer assumes all liability for violations that are not properly documented with PoundPuncher.com. To maintain integrity and the reputation of our company, Pound Puncher, LLC reserves the right to refuse requests that contain rude, profane or vulgar content.
